During disruption some apps give incorrect information

Which app is the most reliable for showing where a train is and real time delay ?

Out of curiousity, what problems do you have with it? Its been pretty faultless for me.

Ive never had any issues with it when Ive used it.
I prefer it to Realtime Trains as that is looking dated now.

I use opentraintimes.com/maps for tracking realtime locations signal by signal. Opentraintimes doesnt have every map so for places not on OTT I use traksy
I use rail-record.co.uk for train times, which will also give email and SMS alerts about train services such as activation, movement, location and cancellation etx. (Coming soon), once activated it also shows freight operating companies and service descriptions

Is Traksy android only, I can’t find it in the iPhone App Store?

Real-time trains is being reworked and the interface modernised, theres a tweet on @swlines twitter from January showing a little bit although it looks like a while off as he seems to be having some trouble finding someone to do icons for him

Traksy.uk is a website, not an app.

A website which I find does not work on Internet Explorerer, on my laptop I need to use Chrome to view the pages

To be fair, at this point Internet Explorer is pretty antiquated; the majority of modern applications will not function correctly in even the last version of IE. It was replaced in 2015 by Microsoft Edge (which is actually pretty good if you give it a chance).

Even microsoft are now saying something like Do not use internet Explorer except for internal company legacy sites so Im sure many sites will stop testing for it if they havent already..
Also, Edge is being switched to use the chrome rendering engine soon, i.e. Chrome/Edge should work the same on all websites even though they may have different controls/options etc.
